[Lazarus] DCPcrypt: a package looking for a new maintainer

I'm just always using the Hashlib4PascalPackage.
Is DCPcrypt better?

If so, who maintains Hashlib4Pascal - maybe it can be combined into a 
single better version, or

If not, maybe just deprecate it and suggest using hashlib in future?
