[Lazarus] Strange issue with TImage and lazarus 2.2.2

I think it does, otherwise the TPicture in the TImage wouldn't be streamed as TImagingPNG.
OTOH, if I read the TPicture code correctly, there's only one registration so I don't understand how it is possible that it finds the class for writing but not for reading.
