I use Lazarus, but my Mandriva 2007 is configured for UTF-8, so I
guess lazarus is using this too (support for iso was dropped on new
mandriva).

Isn´t the apostrophe part of ASCII?? Strange ... It´s just that I
often type "It´s", maybe I could change that to "Its" or something
like that...
