[Qt] Good progress on TBitmap

There are 2 chars in there, hex C2 and B4.

C2 is Â
B4 is acute accent
Normal apostrophe is hex 27.

Might be just a typo?

guess lazarus is using this too (support for iso was dropped on new

Isn´t the apostrophe part of ASCII?? Strange ... It´s just that I
often type "It´s", maybe I could change that to "Its" or something
like that...
