[Qt] x86_64 qt bindings

ermm, that should have read qt-x11-opensource-src-4.4.0.tar.gz

and if by bitmaps not displayed properly you are referring to the
component palette icons only showing the top half... this had me annoyed
for weeks, until I dragged the bottom of the IDE Menu window down a
little and all was revealed :) 
seems the default height is a little small on x86_64. you can set this
up in Environment-Environment Options-Window-Main Menu.
