Hi,
I needed to fix qt's swapping of meta and ctrl keys under mac.
Mentioned app attributes does not exist in bindings since they're added in 
Qt-4.6. qt-lcl controls if qt >= 4.6 and enables QtAA_MacDontSwapCtrlAndMeta.
Just to let you know that I've added those 2 attributes in qt45.pas in qtlcl 
and ifdeffed them for darwin only.
