I have to agree with this one. Friday I just finished working for a
company doing a VB project. When they hired me back in the beginning of
June they wanted to get everything cleaned up by the middle of June. In
fact they thought it might be done by the time I started. Well here it
is Oct. 1st and we just finished a stable release. Talk about a pile of
junky code. It was a nightmare. I wonder how fast I could of redone the
whole thing had I been given the oportunity to redo it in Delphi.
I too have finished up that project and will be diving head long back
into Lazarus this week. It appears that we have all finished up some of
the work that was tying our hands and I believe we should see some major
advances in Lazarus in the coming month. I can't wait. :-)
