[lazarus] compiling program on Windows XP

Hi all,
 
I've been trying to get Tony's Check program to 
compile under Windows. I seem to keep having a problem w/ the Forms 
unit.
 
Using both ppc386 and fp, and telling both of them 
about the directory c:\lazarus\units\win32, and I keep getting the error that it 
can't find the form's unit.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
