[lazarus] New version of CheckBook Tracker (0.9.1)

I just posted V 0.9.1 of CheckBook Tracker for those who are interested.

I haven't posted the new sources yet but they will follow soon after some minor clean-up.

So, if you are interested in seeing what you can do with Lazarus, go download it:

Added features include sceduled bill pay, balance forecasts and a line graph of the projected balance over the next year based on those scheduled transactions.
