[lazarus] Updates !!! TNoteBook changed !!!

Hi,

This is important for all people using TNotebook:

TNotebook now works without pages, starts without pages and TPage.Name no longer corresponds to TPage.Caption.

These changes were neccessary to implement streaming for TNoteBook. And also it makes more sense.
The IDE uses many TNoteBooks and needed only a few small changes in the creation code. So, I hope this is also true for all other LCL programs out there.
