[lazarus] GDK error crashes IDE.

oh hummm its been a while since I did anything with this but I think
that I remember that the problem was at least partly with the GdkPixbuf
version. Needs to be greater then 0.13, >=0.18 or better recommended
because of crash fixes and loading fixes which affect the lcl gtk
backend. But I agree. this shouldn't be causing the app or lazarus to
crash, as the error should be being handled.
