[Lazarus] lazarus RPM on sourceforge.net needs repackaging with lesser requirements for RPM.

the package lazarus was built with a newer version of rpm than the one in
rhel5. You should ask the provider of the pkg to [re]build it with these
rpmmacros enabled

%_source_filedigest_algorithm 0
%_binary_filedigest_algorithm 0


then it will work on rhel5.

additionally, this has been asked about by others on the forums, but no
responses have been posted until I discovered this is the issue.

A repackaged version retrievable from sourceforge would *greatly* be
appreciated by more than one individual I am sure.
