[Lazarus] Error: Identifier not found "CreateaNewIsland1Click" - now compiles. Wrong form loaded

You add forms and units in the Project Inspector form... Project Menu
then Project Inspector.  Then press the "+" button.  You will also
need to add the unit to each unit's uses that calls that unit.
