[Lazarus] How to restore anchor docking manager in the IDE?

Can you explain, what you have done? I can only fix/work on things, I'm
aware about.

Maybe you have disabled the option "Show headers". Only with this option
enabled you can drag and drop the windows (click on header, hold header
and move window).
